At Bradstreet's Flower House

Altın Yaprak
in some deep sun-glowed leaves
with fresh air and bright colors
is it such a relief to play
at terrace every day?
with butterfly flies over
hiding in the orchid there
where spring wind blows
moving on narrow bushes
O jasmine! meet me
I kneel and love thee
if you were still
here for awhile
O rose! sing a song
echoing out of very long
do you wait for a honey bee
standing by a fountain lonely?
peacock comes in a casual way
read from paper at door and say
have we tried so hard to watch you
when wizened apples falling through?
in some high star-shone comets
with new nuance and tune that sparkle
is it such a romance to light a candle
at this very moment of ours?
(with great admiration to Anne Bradstreet's poems)
