Why do the homeless have to sleep in the street and frreeze?
Why do the homeless have to starve?
Why can we give something to the holess to eat?
Because we choose to ignore the homeless
And turn our backs on the homeless
Why can we invite the homeless in to our homes?
Because we don't know if they will steal from us
Are we ashamed of the homeless?
Yes I believe that we are
