Although you are not near me And so many miles away, You're in my dream forever And I dream of you each day, No thing could come between us Or could tear our lives apart, For you are always with me And you're always in my heart. So as the day is dawning And the songbirds fill the air, With sweet and heavenly music My sweet you're always there, I close my eyes and see you And I hear your gentle voice, And wish that I could hold you, I just wish I had the choice.
