Congress, An Empty Vessel

Few would ever opt for a bus ride If a driver's seat's unoccupied, Empty its fuel tank, Repairs staring in blank, And conductor with no clue to guide! _______________________________________ The recent discussion in parliament on revoking Kashmir's special status gave me this impression about Congress which found itself divided and direction-less on the issue.
