First Letter Of Love
A Aniruddha Pathak

The hatchlings in parental nest,
How much the raw wings may flutter,
It'd still take time before they fly.
How harder one may ever try,
Hurtful hurts— of body or mind,
Deep wounds do take long time to heal.
Old habits O with an own will,
Do die hard whatever you do,
Hard doth change happen in time.
And love affairs sour like a lime,
A moment and they tie in tangle,
But need a long time to untangle,
Oh what to write, my mind in wrangle,
My first letter is it of love,
Not sure what to write, what leave lone.
For, not her heart and head alone,
Let me reach her soul's very core,
So, bear with me, it'd take some time.
