Poems Awaiting Readers
A Aniruddha Pathak

Altın Yaprak
Vain words when rain as if from blue,
Verses alive come less than few.
Wordy rain pours when flooding mind,
Poetry comes to screeching grind.
Dry sand appears a line's where,
A virtual desert does spread there.
Body-less words dance all around,
Death's not what ends up in burial ground.
Reader-less poems dressed in bytes,
Lonely and bored, fly string-less kites.
Yon control, hard to comprehend,
Poetic expressions pretend
Mindfulness of meaningfulness,
Sun shines, darkness reigns still no less.
If reader-less they were to lie,
What use poems if rated high?
