Soon As Ye Wake Me
A Aniruddha Pathak
0
Altın Yaprak
Soon as the flowery arrows
Of thine vermillion dawn wake me,
Every grain of thine Nature shows
And music flows filled with honey.
O let me live with my own life,
All content— cravings, nor a hint,
O grant me grace to greet all strife,
Let my face show not a faint tint.
My heart still showing enough thirst,
My eyes forever in thine search,
Shedding ocean of tears at first,
Grant me in thee a toe-hold of perch.
And whilst ye reside in my mind,
In times of joy as in sorrows,
Let me thine presence in me find,
That, equanimity it shows.
And let me see the world through thee,
That, one day I can thine self see.
