Leave aside all these filibusters, Nought would what a milk-washed fact musters; Facts are tough to digest, Fiction, hard to harvest, Keeping clean comes ahead of dusters. ____________________________________________________ The title literally means ‘Clean India'. We allow all the mess to accumulate for years; no preventive measures, and then blow billions in cleaning up this mess, and that too little to show for result.
