What Price Paradise?
A Aniruddha Pathak

He that hath with Nature snapped all ties,
Wanton, when he better be tad wise,
Despoiled who hath Ma earth
In his heartless cold mirth,
Man espies another paradise.
What can wonder I be greater mirth
‘Pon this beleaguered earth—
For heaven that here lies,
Yet, when dead what use is paradise!
