You have shown how life's late eve should transcend, The silver of century-kissing years Turning rosary beads from end to end, Watching four generations' joys and tears, Going thru how life moves in varied gears With changing times— forward, fast or reverse; Weighing with your values, times good and worse, You've taught us life's lessons joys, jeers or fears.
