Noble Peddler
A Anjandev Roy

Altın Yaprak
The peddler of the great land peddles from village to village,
He walks through the dusty roads with his usual trade cry,
Little children love him the most,
He is a real friend of them.
Many people come and buy wares from him,
Some have no money to buy,
They want to stay far in a pensive mood,
But the noble peddler goes to them and consoles,
"Money doesn't matter,
Take this thing,
Don't hesitate,
I am your friend,
Never lament, always smile."
All smile, he smiles,
The sun shines all the time;
The peddler proceeds farther tirelessly with a smooth rhythm,
Until the sun sets.
