Taps and leaks Toilets and sinks Showers and radiators Plumbing and heating Fixtures and fittings, Drainage and sewage Bulbs and bells, lights And electrics, walls And floors, roofs and Ceilings, gutters, pipes And all kinds of wiring Invoices and receipts, Rents and payments, Advertisements for tenants Liaising with estate agents Accounts and statements Lawns and driveways, Those various types of Doors, gates, windows and Fences, repairs and renovations, And all sorts of maintenance and Modifications of white goods and Household appliances My everyday world Revolves around these Issues, fixes and tweaks For all our six properties (I wrote this at the end of a really busy day, thinking of all the correspondence and challenges of managing properties but as is the case with any business, money doesn't come easy, one really needs to work very hard.)
