You must express yourself.
Self expression is like
being free from a cage.
Caged feelings are painful for soul
and heavy on heart.
But if you can paint your pain on a canvas
your pain turns to a beautiful flower.
Human can never be free from pain.
But human can choose not to suffer
by turning his pain to a flower.
Poetry, music, painting-
they are the stage
where human emotions dance.
