Human Suffering

Human is born to suffer. None can defy suffering. Suffering is as true as your existence. Suffering becomes much less painful when you learn how to suffer gracefully, elegantly, heroically. To suffer gracefully and heroically, you must accept suffering with same level of comfort like- you accept sun rise and sun set every day. When you accept suffering with such ease, then you do not focus on pain of suffering. Rather, you focus on- how to turn your suffering into something more beautiful. Like- if your heart is broken, you gather fragments of your heart and put them in a garland called poetry or song. Or, if you have rainy day, you enjoy day at home with good food and drinks. And if you have a sunny day, you enjoy day by flying kites. Idea is, to have that willingness to turn every situation into your favour. © Arun Maji
