I am a wave
Destined to reach your shore.
Long ago
When I was born
Deep within an unending ocean
I did not know
Where I was heading to.
Now the flow of time
Has brought me to you.
Why?
Why only to your shore?
May be we know each other
Without even knowing each other.
May be we have spoken to each other
Without even speaking to each other.
May be we were always together
Without even existing together.
May be we were
Always seeking each other
Travelling through earth sky and sea.
Now, because I have reached you
You are mine
And I am yours.
And, because you are mine
And I am yours,
We are one.
And, because we are one now
We always existed as one.
