The Common Cloud

Far away mountains and a deep blue lake: So much beauty; our breath they take. But today I saw a common sight And it gave me just as much delight. I saw an every-day cloud above the sea And even, if at first, it looked common to me It had so much beauty, so much to adore, that it moved my heart and soul to the core. Let's not forget that things we see every day, may carry as much or much more beauty and grace compared to the picturesque scenes from far away, Let us value what we have today in our own place.
