N-ights come and go,
O-ne ought to know;
R-ise of the sun starts,
M-aking the light
A-glow.
A-llow not your memory to think,
R-emembering not the past night;
M-ind not the dark shadows
A-nd the lonely twilight.
D-ay sixteen of June morn, new dawn will shine and glow;
A-s long as you understand, nights come and go.
