The poet as pessimist and poetry as pessimism,
A poet of some bleak hope and harsh winter,
Ruffling it all,
Where to go
There is despair all around?
The candle is burning dimply
And that too for a short time of its own
And there will be darkness all around
As it was,
Struggling to emit
Against the gusts of the wind.
