To Read Jussawalla

Adil Jussawalla is a poet of the sixties,1960's; of the post-independence period, a modernist and a post-moderist as well. His poetry is the poetry of poetic fragmentation, the disintegration of the self. To read is to charter the course of modernism, is to stitch the Partition-time stories and to have a peep into the self and psyche of Adil Jussawalla the Parsi poet tracing his origin back to Persia, retreading a forgotten pathway to relocate it, his tour and travel, sojourn and stay abroad and finally the return journey back home.
