Glen Puro, My High School Classmate

Glen Puro, My High School Classmate In high school Glenn was my Chemistry partner in 'lab'. He was diminutive, had a very short haircut, and no flab. His occasional drooling and abnormal appearance... may well, for Glenn, have caused him social interference. I did NOT know Glenn well. Overall I think he was swell. He was Jewish and wore a yarmulke*; it fit him like a clam's shell. He went on to attend Geneva NY's Hobart College.... and I believe he had lots (more than I?) knowledge. At our H.S.40-year Reunion, which I, but not Glenn, did attend, someone displayed a photo of Glenn (captioned**) which did offend. A waitress was told of Glenn, was offended, and the poster came down. I think the 'poster-put-it-upper' was eyed by some with dubious renown. In a class notification not long after, we learned of Glenn's death. Though our class size has diminished, PLENTY of us are still left. I had only phoned Glenn once.
