Her work has appeared in Pequod, Crazy Horse, Sulfur, The Centennial review The Missouri Review, Sonora Review, Prairie Schooner Harper's, and The New Yorker. She taught at the University of British Columbia. She lives in Seattle, Washington, with her husband and daughter.
