Be Not Stuck On Holy Writ

What did the Avatars point to?
Was it experience to internalize
or words to memorize and idolize?
What did they point you to?
What serves you best,
study and memorize
quote it perfectly?
or internalize a drop or two
live it well, outside your Zoo
Free yourself when living truth
let go of fight, seek delight!
Bliss will be missed
if you are pissed
Drop the study, all the anger,
allow the customs of the stranger
Let yourself seek blissful pleasure
a new life lived beyond all measure!
