Sanity threatened by loneliness
Hours passing slowly.
Neighbours, good Samaritans
Knocking on door, wearing face masks
Asking can they do anything to help
Getting groceries, medical prescriptions.
Watching TV, listening to radio, reading books
Mind in need of stimulation
Loneliness and depression overwhelming
Thousands daily falling victim to covid.
