Life Is A Journey

Life is a journey through a forest,
And there we find all sorts of beasts.
Some prey and some give care at best,
In times of dew and times of mists.
No choice before us but to travel,
Face those that block, may challenge us.
Deal bravely with some in this battle,
But still keep intact, peace so precious.
Sometimes we fall, or take a break.
Wearied from the daily burdens.
But the end of this is what we make,
Of a finite journey God has given.
