Altın Yaprak
Piece of amber
fallen into the fruit bowl.
The fruit bowl
posing
as if for a still life
all oranges & lemons
while Sunday bells peal outside
I peel
an orange
one long continuous strip
give it
a twist
staple it
into a Moebius strip.
watch the fly
closely now
held forever
in its still life
forever
amber.
