A Silent Miracle

For Cathy Hodgson: (Whose conversations took me from despair.) Miracles surround us every day and we fail to see them even when they touch our lives. Miracles we perceive to be the saving of a life within impossible situations, but they are much more than that. Waking every morning is a blessing, feeling the love of another and the far reaching touch of comfort blessing they all are. Touching someone who is in despair and turning their life around to enjoy everything that surround them. That is a silent miracle. Friends do not realise that what they do and say can paint the portrait of someone’s future. Nor do they realise their touch can heal from far away. That a miracle is silent until its magic is revealed. 18 May 2014
