Contemplate My Thoughts

I like to sit in the quiet
and contemplate my thoughts,
thinking how lucky I am
to be surrounded by friends,
getting that hug on greeting
when you first say hello.
That warm feeling
that takes over inside
knowing the world
is such a lovely place
when you are surrounded
by the warmth they give you.
This is what I think about
in the quiet contemplating my thoughts.
