Cupid (Fun Poem 151)

I am tying a ribbon on Cupid’s arrow to see what it brings in, but first I have to find Cupid before he pull back his bow and lets his arrow flow. I’ve sought that little cherub here, there and high and low. I have a feeling he has been hiding because he doesn’t want me to know. Yesterday I finally found him but it wasn’t a he, but a she and she had her arrow pointing straight at me. I ran and hid behind a tree, but that clever little minx had arrows with radar on the end and it kept following me. I took refuge in a monkey enclosure, but the arrow found me. So here I am with my mate swinging though the trees. 5 October 2013
