There is always a mystery
behind every tragedy in this world.
Always questions are asked
and someone has to take the blame.
Human error they call it
that cost all those lives,
but not all things are human error.
Some things are unavoidable,
unexplainable and even unpredictable.
They just happen without warning
and no one can prevent it.
They will happen again
and possibly again.
