My Canadian Chronicles 10

I have always had a dream of one day seeing one of nature’s natural wonders whose snowy fingers reach out to touch the sky. Yesterday on Tuesday the 9th June 2009, I was taken to see them and their magical awesome beauty by my dear friend and her family. At first sight, my mouth fell open as their magic captured me. I wanted to see them even if it was from afar, but can you imagine my excitement of actually standing on one of them. No words can describe the thrill I felt just standing there looking down at the world beneath my feet. I was speechless to say the least. Captured by the awesome beauty from everywhere I looked. My dream was now reality, the wonder in the palm of my hand. The moments I captured on film no one will really understand. We live in a world of treasures and these mountains are one of them. Their splendour and their beauty will always remain with me. 10 June 2009
