Another Christmas

The adverts have now started of Christmas cheer, of being together Sitting by a slow burning log fire, A Christmas tree and all that glitters Of tinsel and decorations. Of happiness and fun with lots of Shiny presents and paper that's Bright. Of Christmas carols and Songs that cheer with grandad Sipping his can of beer. Of holly and ivy and mistletoe too And lots of Christmas cards. The Turkey with all the trimmings and Christmas pud, what a to do, then Waiting for the kings speech on telly. But I guess I'll spend my Christmas Going for a walk or take the bike for a run, ‘cos Christmas on your own Is not much fun, unless tired old Cupid Puts his glasses on and perfects his aim, Or like last year, it'll just be the same.
