Nowadays, getting a job
Is not so difficult as there are
A lot of multinational companies
Eager to recruit talented guys
My dear students!
Getting a job is easy
But retention is very difficult!
You need to develop other skills
Besides academic degrees
You have to prove yourself that
You are an asset to the organization!
