Why Micro Management Sucks!

They asked me to work much faster. And my stress levels got much higher. They told me that I was not to deviate From their inept systems. which made me irate Because they defied logic and common sense! They favoured the flatters. They would not relent. They asked me to fill out more pointless forms And jump through more hoops. I was so bored. In the end, I told them to stick it all Where the sun don't shine! I also can recall That I told them to WORK HARDER, as clearly They were being paid so much more than me!
