Altın Yaprak
I’ve won over each temptation;
I took the cross just for your sin;
I trounced death by resurrection;
You too can do the same and win.
I loved my neighbors till the last;
I forgave foes who hurt me much;
Your trespasses are in my past;
Like me, you can have divine touch.
I have obeyed my Father’s word;
The world could not exert its sway;
Always, I am your Good Shepherd;
Come walk with me for I’m the Way.
My Father’s task was my life’s goal;
In holiness, I lived my life;
To enter heaven, keep your soul;
I am with you in any strife.
Let fear not fill your mind and heart;
Ask in my name and you get it;
Remaining holy is an art;
So, keep your soul heavenly fit.
