Compassion is one thing we all expect In life on earth, from womb to tomb endless; In giving it, we seldom are perfect; We live our life that is not just selfless. The handicapped expect much compassion; So does a newborn child suckled at breast; Who cares about a beggar’s life’s passion? Compassion is a must for ev’n a beast. When God can shower compassion on us, Why not all earthlings on one another? If we can show compassion without fuss, Much more will be bestowed on us, brother. Compassion is an attribute of man, And giving it is easy, if you can.
