Can kittens reared be along lion-cubs? Can eaglets live alongside chicks in nest? Can Wolves and sheep be given the same grubs? Can sibship be equated with a guest? Each species has a God-bestowed nature That gets expressed at some time or other; And certainly when they become mature; 'Tis rare for one, the other to mother. 'Tis difficult to be a saint ’midst thieves; Or honest be in corrupted, a world; How can a bachelor live amidst all Eves? No one with ease can diff'rent metals weld. The same Birds feathered fly altogether; Both virtues, vices can't be mixed, Brother!
