Attachments,
pride, false prestige,
greed, lust, ignorance,
anger, envy,
all these lead you away
from the presence of God.
Spiritualknowledge,
austerity, study of the holy Texts,
meditation and contemplation
and control of the senses
will lead you to the Almighty One.
