It is so odd
to be dialed
into the technology
of the world
while I drive
through rural
countryside.
This was the world
of my grandmother,
raised her entire
life in rural places.
They enjoyed
mental peace
which is so strange
for the modern
human being.
I begin to doubt
whether all these
technological
developments
make man
somehow
a little mad..
