I have been
frantically scrolling
through spiritual
advices and texts
from the holy Bible
and other texts.
I want to slow
down my racing mind.
Calm your mind.
Prayer helps
Always.
Pray in deep faith
in Jesus Christ.
I am sending
prayers for all
who suffer;
Prayers
for all sentient
beings bathing
in this healing
poem of prayer.
It flows over you
under, around,
above and below.
Peace is flowing
like a river
on to you.
