God does not die on the day when we do not think about a personal God but on the day when we stop to think of the wonders God does in our lives without our own knowing. We shall never know God in and through our intelligence. We shall never know who God is. We can only know who 'God is not'. God is incomprehensible. God is not the universe He is not the sun or the moon or the millions of stars and planets or the firmament. We can only say 'what God is not'. Neti, Neti, Neti we shall repeat like the Hindu monks of ancient days. God is not this, God is not that. We shall never know God. Our modern problem is that we humans know too much about God. (Neti is a Sanskrit word denoting nothing, here meaning to say we do not know anything about God) (Graphic: Illustration of 1 King 18: 38- God answering the prophet Elijah by sending fire to consume the sacrifice which the false prophets of Baal were unable to do...)
