Emily Chubbuck Judson was born in Eaton, New York, in 1817. She published much of her work under the pseudonym Fanny Forester. Some of Judson’s books include An Olio of Domestic Verses (L. Colby, 1852) and Charles Linn, or, How to Observe the Golden Rule: with Other Stories (Dayton and Saxton, 1841). Judson died in 1854.
