Bird That Has Called

Bird that has called
For centuries
And from whose beak
Wisdom words fell.
The winds wailing
Will not touch you
Nor the sun's rays
Penetrate
Too much in to the foliage
Where you lie hidden.
Your wisdom I must
Translate
And see my paucity
Justify
Growing humbleness.
