In the night only
The eye in the wall
Rotates itself
Here and there
Moving, moving
All round scanning
Eye that ear be
That hears
Even just whispering
Just whispering.
It saw the knife
It saw the blood
It saw the scream
The fall
A Poet Seer stood
In blood
On the sward of green
Eyes unmoving to
The heavens opened
Stood the Poet Seer.
Time stopped with Motion
