Long, long and slow
The Orchestra of Hedgehogs by
Decline of dusk
Right on the Rim
Right on the cusp
Of the rock edge that giddying down into the sea
With sundry shadows on the granite and chalk
Grey and darkling proportionate to night
Hour after hour on the midnight waits
Takes potions to forget
The dawn and coming lights eerily…
