Verse beautiful must
I chant
verses are verses
yet
they be a song
each verse a song
make it for Ella!
In a hummock soft
sweet Ella of the
ruddy face and eyes
of wonder beauty lies
her eyes be closed
closed for now
yet
when she opens them
the earth and heavens
jump and chant and sing
