Altın Yaprak
The cavaliers with lance
And decked horses
Prepare themselves
Closing their eyes
Through armor slits.
The ladies red
And hot
Fan themselves
Cool
From their vantage
Positions.
Look
Look
At the survival of
The fittest
Or of chance and
Probability?
Convention reigns.
The wild and
Savage winner
Wins
The lady’s hand
And
She has to accept
As
A trapped bird
Submitting.
