From Living Life It Does Seem

From living life it does seem we learn every day And for our life experiences some price we have to pay We learn from our every mistake though to us they come at a cost And little point in lamenting on to us what has been lost, Some very wealthy people have gone bankrupt of them more than a few The riches to rags stories one might say are nothing new Come tell me who in their right mind would embrace poverty? Without money one is powerless that's how it seems to me Some say in life we have to learn to give as well as to receive I like their sort of thinking and on such I do believe That we all cannot be millionaires so happens to be true But to those who never harm anyone some credit ought be due From life we pay to learn is fact and fact does never lie And we never stop learning until the day we die.
