She speaks out for the rights of women and all worth while causes she embrace And if only a quarter of the population were like her the World to live in would be a better place Though the red neck element do not like her they see her as a threat in some way She still speaks out for the worthy causes and heed to them never does pay She is a very famous writer one who enjoys Worldwide acclaim But she is a down to earth person and she is unchanged by her fame And when others are long forgotten her life story the scribes will recall And they will say of brave Germaine Greer that she believed in a fair go for all
