Not all ageing men are blessed with common sense As some with their words they like to cause offence They've not grown wiser though they have grown gray No fool like an old fool as some are known to say Some ageing men they do seem good and kind And any fault in them is hard for to find For the suffering of others they are easily moved to tears They have learned from the passing of the years We ought to learn from living every day Though some ageing men narcissistic in their way Take love of self one might say far too far Though suppose some people cannot help the way they are Humanity is made up of every kind And if you look for flaws in others flaws you will find.
