A Great Silence

I have my own
Appliance for
Reducing sounds
But I am talkative.
I am free and so
You cann't force me
To talk only in
Mother-tongue.
And what is a
Mother-tongue?
Is earth not
The mother?
Hereafter, reign
A great silence.
